Welcome to CAIHL.ca, the official site of the Cambridge Adult Ice Hockey League. The CAIHL is a non-body checking competitive adult recreational ice hockey league which operates in the city of Cambridge and exclusively out of the Cambridge Ice Centre. We have a separate Men's (CMHL) and Ladie’s (CLHL) league and are expanding with quality players and teams each season.
